Banff Inn

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal es atento , el desayuno buffete que te incluyen es siempre lo mismo ( huevos duros, bagel o muffin, fruta con yogurt y café ) todo está muy limpio pero si te hospedas más de 3 noches podría hostigarte desayunar lo mismo . El baño en la habitación es muy pequeño pero aún así la habitación es muy confortable, tiene calefacción y chimenea eléctrica, la cama es muy cómoda y tuvimos una vista a la montaña increíble. Tiene un estacionamiento pequeño, en fin de semana podrías quedarte sin lugar. En general el hotel es bueno solo falta mejorar algunos detalles.

El hotel está bien, la habitación cumplía con la descripción. El desayuno es muy pobre, lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que estaban intentando mejorarlo, que no era la primera que lo decía. Hay garaje gratis pero es pequeño y se llena enseguida. En las calles de alrededor hay sitio sin problema.

Very clean hotel, very nice staff but the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Room was hot through night and no visible thermostat to lower heat.

Amazing stay!

Room and hotel were great. Very few people were staying at the hotwl and we were there for the weekend. I think that is likely the reason the hallways (at least on the 3rd floor) were quite cold. Upon arrival the heat wasn't even on in our room but we turned it on and the room wamed up quickly. My only complaint with our room (a loft room) was the lower level was cooler while the loft was quite warm. There was a ceiling fan but couldn't figure out how to use it without having the light . (In all fairness i only spent less that a minute trying to remedy the problem so im sure there has tio be a solution. Our visit was during covid so upon check in we were offered daily room cleaning or opt out which i thought that was good to have a choice depending on comfort levels.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Easy access to downtown.

Great place to stay in Banff. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable bed. I got to check in earlier which was great after a long trip. Very courteous front desk. Highly recommend and would stay there again on my next trip to Banff.

We stayed during COVID pandemic but felt very safe. Check-in/out process was seamless. Hotel building and room were exceptionally clean. We stayed in two queen beds premium room on the 3rd floor overlooking the residential area with a small view of mountain. Decor wise nothing fancy but had comfy beds and small dining table which we used to eat takeout foods. Room size was big and overall quite but you can often people outside of hotel room door but wasn’t a big issue. Washroom was renovated but little small. We slept very well.
