Very nice place to stay and it’s in a great location. Very clean and great staff. My only complaint was we ordered a king suite but got 2 queens so we tried calling front desk and the phone was broke. So we finally found the front desk number to use our cell phones. They were happy to switch our room to 2 king beds but then when we got back after a stop by the Redbox our TV was broken in that room. They came down at 11:00 pm but could not figure it out so finally my husband did something and got it working and as soon as we started watching the TV cut off again so we just said forget it. So the place is nice and clean they just need to replace some of the appliances and phones lol
stayed in one of the villas, cozy little rooms, only problem was that the shower door leaked on the floor but not that big of a problem. Great little weekend get away
First I will say we were put in one of the “villas” so maybe the main building is different. The check-in was quick. You have to drive to your villa and park on the street right in front of it. Going into the room the first time the door drags on the jamb so it’s difficult to open/close. When you get the door open a VERY stale and musty smell like the room has been closed up since George Washington stayed in it. After traveling all day we were ready to relax a bit and tried to turn on the TV. The TV would not come on with the remote. Tried turning it on manually with no success. I called the desk and they said it required two remotes (one for tv and one for cable) of which there was only one in the room. They said they would bring one right over. After an hour still no remote. We decided to go out and grab some dinner so we stopped by the front desk to pick up the remote. They said they had no batteries and they would bring it to the room while we were out eating dinner. Got back from dinner NO REMOTE. I called the desk AGAIN and they sent someone to the room with a remote. He used the remote to turn our TV on and then left WITH THE REMOTE. He wouldn’t leave it with us because he said “people steal these from the rooms”. Shortly after he left the TV went off and would not come back on. The next day I spoke to the concierge “who called to try to get us to attend a time share presentation”. She was no help. Lots more problems but ran out of characters to type more.
I liked the room, the lobby was well kept. Plenty of amenities, pool, fitness center. Plenty of options with room service. I didn’t like paying for WiFi, especially in a time where staying connected and reaching out was important to us. Had a poor experience with loud guest late into the night that when reported to the staff they offered little to no help.
Was surprised there wasn't a restaurant on-site and had to order out.
Bed was damp and moist from humidity , no screens on windows so we had multiple mosquito guests.
Location was perfect. Room was perfect with two king size beds. Very clean
Great place will recommend to anyone
Great location. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Room is a great size and love having a full size kitchen. The property is well maintained and looks like it has had some work done since last stay. Don’t remember the bed being so uncomfortable. Super hard in the back. Walls are thin, sounded like arguing neighbors were in the room with us.
We had a toy poodle with us and they charged $150 non-refundable charge which we felt was quite excessive. There was no maid service available during our stay. The cost for the 4 nights stay plus the exorbitant pet charge was not worth our returning to this establishment.
