Excellent newish hotel with parking which is almost unheard of for a town centre.(10 euros extra). Clean and very central. No tea/coffee making facilities or water in room which I have never encountered in recent years.

Loved everything about the hotel. We received such a warm and friendly welcome from the staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Great location for the station and walking into the town square for the Christmas market. Lovely restaurants across the road - including Le Bistro Gourmand right opposite. Highly recommend this hotel and we definitely intend to return.

Fantastic, welcoming, very friendly staff
Service was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman that greeted us was efficient and throughout our stay helped the other staff with english translation. We could not fault him, I just wish we had asked his name to add his name to this review, he was on duty every day we were staying at the hotel. The food available for breakfast was fantastic, tasty and so much choice. The meals in the evening was also delicious. The hotel is 1 minute from the train station. There is a car park avaiable for 10 euros per day. We would absolutely recommend this hotel & will definitely be staying their again

Retro weekend
Brand new ibis , fantastic really modern, loverly friendly staff ,we went to a retro weekend and had a great time , €10 a day parking which i thought should be free as its a quite expensive hotel, only downside is only one coffee machine , so big queue s in a morning . But well located for the Bethune retro weekend 15 minute walk .
