Everything was bad I think the hotel should be 2 stars

First, It was the worst hotel that I've never experienced! So dirty, air conditioning system not working or working as ventilation only. I had to ask the receptionist to change my suite but still the same issue. I am wondering how it could be a 5stars hotel!!! It's not worth it to rate it even for 2 stars...You need to think carefully before choosing to stay here, the pictures and facilities mentioned in their website doesn't reflect the shocking reality. Second, the breakfast was terrible and no options at all, I could only drink coffee and took one glass of water.(croissant, cakes and bread were all not fresh and you could see easily mosquitoes flying around) P.S. I regret staying in this hotel and I couldn't cancel my staying as it's not free cancellation booking.

I liked nothing other than it was close to where I wanted for my next day meeting However, it was terrible night as I could not sleep due to the AC not working and they could not resolve and the room I was moved to was the same, they have issue with their AC Breakfast was terrible, staff were sleeping on the couches yet came 30 minutes after the time and it was held at the Bar with no proper tables, had to sit on a couch and put my plate on a coffee table Food forget it, just had piece of bread as the cooling counter was not cold so could not trust

Clean hotel water is great

Very poor service, staff did not acknowledge me and did not even know about local places to visit. Would give false information and waste more of our precious time. In 5 days I stayed only had 1 small water bottle given for the entire 5 days. When leaving didn’t even get a goodbye, or help with luggage even though visibly struggling, not even help opening the door they just was on their mobile phones. Breakfast was very dull, a selection of breads and juices, very very poor for a 5 star. Rooms look extremely outdated, no slippers, fridge doesn’t work, not a single English Channel and only 5 Tunisian drama channels, Bed was very uncomfortable and the cleaners were at the door at crack of dawn!! Do NOT stay here if you want a 5 star experience! Wi-fi was non existent in the rooms unless you stood in the corridor, location also very poor not much to do and hard to hail any taxis. Staff don’t speak great English so very difficult to communicate plus air conditioning doesn’t work!! How was this ever given 5 star is beyond me, I’m an avid traveller and this was one of the worst, 3 star at TOPS! Avoid avoid avoid

the hotel looks really nice, and rooms are spacious. But it is really not well maintained. They could use some serious renovations. There is a club in or next to the hotel. We were there on a Tuesday to Wednesday, and from 23h00 to 05h00 it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. This made it very unpleasant, especially since we had business meetings early in the morning. It would have helped if we could have had a heads up regarding that prior to booking. Location wise, it's quite convenient, as many of our meetings were planned around that area. Otherwise service was nice! Breakfast was ok-ish, but could do better. Also the restaurant/bar/club (?!) where the breakfast was taking place was not very clean and appealing.

Hotel very clean and comfy. Everything deserves 8 on 10

the hotel is extremely poorly insulated. In a high-rise opposite is a club with very loud music until late at night and the noise in the hotel room are like being on the dance floor. Sleeping hardly possible. And then from 4 clock 30 furniture in the breakfast room from right to left pushed (every morning) as if a whole moving team over the head would be active. So the hotel room is very large and luxurious, but brings little if one plans to sleep. The staff is very nice, but nothing could be done to reduce the noise level.

I dont recomand for staying more then one night . You cannot have a nice shower cuz of the smell in the toilet plus you can smell in the bed when you want to watch tv. The stuff is upset when you ask them for slippers that they should give especially when you are staying in an 5 star hotel in junior suite .

The suite was nice. The staff was amazing. Shopping was not far in taxi.
