Best Western City Hotel Moran

We are very disappointed by the condition of the property. The only thing I can say the this is NOT a Four Star hotel. The rest is fine the location is great.

The hotel is ok. Breakfast is moderate but acceptable. The rooms are rather small and with basic tools. Instead of one big bed we get two smaller put together, but they easily separe from each other during a busy night. Moreover the mattresses are very very soft. The service is ok but nothing special. Very well located in the centre of town. Close to Vysehrad. also very close to subway station so that you can reach all points that may interest you.

The place is very modest. Rooms are small. Beds are terrible. The hotel requires renovation. The only decent thing are breakfast.

Good all round. A couple of the reception staff could be friendlier. Most helpful but rather abrupt.

Staff is not friendly, bordering on rude, except for the one man who took our bags into storage and was also there in the afternoon when we picked up our bags. Air conditioning is practically none existent, our room was hot for most of the stay. On site mini mart is overpriced and they will not let you charge items to your room, wanting cash payment, since we had just arrived we did not have any Czech Crowns so the guy at reception begrudgingly let me pay by credit card. Breakfast is okay. Water pressure in shower was poor. I would not stay here again.

Lite ljudstörningar om man får rum som vetter ut mot spårvägen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fantastisk frukost som innehåller allt man kan önska sig. Nära till floden och bra kommunikationer till hela Prag. Garage inom gångavstånd. Hotellet kan jag rekommendera. Har bott där flera gånger.

호텔 가까이에 지하철이 있고 트램도 이용할 수 있어서 교통이 편리하다.. 그러나 무더운 여름날, 에어컨은 소음만 낼뿐, 전혀 냉기를 만들지 못하고 창문을 열면 트램과 자동차 소리때문에 정신이없다. 5박이나 하기 때문에 방을 바꿔달라고 했지만 호텔 구조상 모든 방이 도로와 인접해있다고 했다. 창문을 닫으면 방음은 잘 되지만 무더운 날 에어컨 작동없이 5박은 매우 짜증스러웠다.

Leider wenig deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter, aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Gute Lage nahe einer U-Bahnstation
