Unbeatable location and fantastic staff! From the moment we arrived, the front desk team gave us the best check-in experience and made us feel incredibly welcome. For the price, what an incredible place. The campus is huge with a spa, archery classes, rock climbing, hiking, and more. I saw a heard of elk with an enormous buck on the lawn! Wonderful spot

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say against this place is that the beds are horrible and the dishes in the Aspen dining hall were not clean. Still, I would stay here again as the amenities are outstanding.

The hotel, campus really, it's too large to be a hotel, is amazing. There are so many amenities and activities to do! This is a perfect location for hikers or families. The rooms are large and clean. The common area is large and comfortable with couches, a microwave and a fireplace. You can hike directly into Rocky Mountain National Park without a reservation, and there's tons of wildlife all around.

The YMCA Estes Park is all about the views and location, location, & location!! We stayed too busy to fully take advantage of all the resort had to offer! Their property was the perfect place to decompress after a long day of hiking. Besides being centered perfectly in the middle of mountain views, we were able to observe a herd of elk and all the shenanigans the rut season brings during our stay. Our rooms were dated but clean. Overall, I recommend staying here and would do it again. I really want to try a cabin next time and take advantage of their reasonably priced dinner buffet option!

I will stay there every time I am in Estes Park. Free parking. An amazing Lodge and beautiful vistas from the large porch. There was no room AC so I had to use the fan and open the doors and windows which was fine when I was there in late August.

It’s an amazing location to stay if you want to visit Rockies! This is one of the best locations in and around Estes Park, and you have loads of options to spend time. And if you are here for elk watch, there are many that roam around the YMCA! Only disadvantage is house keeping didn’t come to clean the room up for the 5 days we stayed. And do pack a fan when you come in, as fans or AC are not available in the rooms! Other than that, no complaints! Fantastic place to stay! Don’t hesitate!

The only reason not a 5 * is there are very few amenities. No TV and no air conditioning. Meals are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it is buffet only and not inexpensive. The buildings are old but well maintained. They have all kinds of activities available. If your church does church camps, then this is the place. The rooms are clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. A good place to sleep. Scenery is awesome.
