Obermühle Boutique Resort

My wife and I stayed here for 13 nights while I was here on business. This hotel was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve ever had that was included with the stay. The spa was very relaxing. The staff was extremely accommodating. The shuttle that is provided was helpful and convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I have zero complaints about this hotel. If we come back to Garmisch, this is where we will try to stay from now on.

Beautiful setting in Garmisch. Easy day trips to multiple skiing sites, sledding, trekking, and a beautiful gorge. Hotel is recently renovated and besides a few, typical language hiccups (more my lack of German), service and overall experience was awesome. Not cheap, but easily a EUR 25/person value on breakfast and pool and spas were great, too.

Great boutique resort with the best staff. Whilst checking in they made us both a coffee and the porter took our luggage to our room. We then were shown to our room. The restaurant staff were the same very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The bar staff exactly the same. We used their shuttle service and once again excellent service. The food in the restaurant was excellent and varied. The breakfast buffet was the best we have encountered. 10 out of 10

Great time

Excellent location - away from town center but within a few minutes drive and supermarket just a few steps away. Hotel is undergoing renovation with lots of activities going on that affect the overall experience. Could have been better when completed.

The hotel is still undergoing renovation and seemed not focus on room details. Couple of lights not working, paint works peeling in the bath room and paint drops on the chair. Service on the other hands was excelkent: Adullah who help to direct us to the car park and brought the luggages to the room, the restaurant manager who served us the dinner and not forgetting the one who cleaned up the room. A big thank you !

Even with the remodeling going on the stay was amazing! This is our second visit to the property and the new rooms are beautiful!

The hotel was undergoing major renovations when I went, but the experience completely compensated for it. The rooms are spacious, soundproof, with amazing views, and the amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast was 10/10 with quality and options. The hotel lobby and rooms are also very clean and nicely decorated. There is a complimentary shuttle van that transports you to nearby so local sites, as long as you reserve it with the front desk. Although it was complimentary I tipped the drivers, which of course is up to guest discretion. The staff was very kind and attentive. Garmisch-Partenkirchen itself is a lovely and scenic town. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in town.
