I have stayed at Hotel Avenida several times and I keep coming back because the live-in managers, Jay & Malu are a pleasure to stay with. They maintain the property impeccably, the rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The prices are very competitive and you wont find a better place to stay. Location is fantastic, it is a few minutes from the beach and downtown San Clemente. Highly recommended

The staff was fine at check in and check out. Parking was free and easy. Did not use the AC and the room clean. It was loud during the day over the main road to keep the window open but that wasn't their fault. I give it 3 stars because it had a an iron w board, microwave and mini fridge. Having a clean room is what was most important to me.
