We stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. It was very clean, staff was very friendly and please to deal with. The faculty has great amenities, a nice fitness room, and the pool area is great as well. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for families. It's pet friendly as well as which is a big benefit for many people.

Last time I was in Pensacola to be with a family member who was at Baptist Hospital, which is close by I stayed at a Hilton. I’much prefered Staybridge not just for the size of the rooms being bigger and the comfort of the bed and the employees who were over the top Nice at Staybridge. The big thing was to me that they had a water machine that you could fill up your water cups or jugs instead of charging you for bottles of water. I loved the full kitchen and the water pressure of the shower. All of the above made it a very comfortable stay and less expensive than Hilton hotels in area .

A big improvement over the last time I was here. I booked this place not sure if it was the same place i had stayed before when the hotel seemed run down and the breakfast was a joke. The current company has given this hotel a makeover and it looks tons better. The breakfast was on par with what it should be and the staff seemed to be well trained and very friendly. This time it was worth the price charged and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay and a relative bargain.

Enjoyed the great location near the airport and shopping mall. The staff were very professional, friendly and they answered all our questions including an activity book. We didn't have a problem parking. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The kitchenet was very functional and modern, which included pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, eating utensils, wines glasses and more. I would definitely visit this location again, also the pool was nice.

The rooms are spacious and nice for a bigger family. The pool could have been maintained better for this time of year. There were no pool towels available and the pool was dirty. My 13 year old would not get in. Also this is a pet friendly hotel, which is nice, but our room did smell like urine off and on. The staff was amazing though. They were very helpful and kind.

The construction underway was understandable, but there's was no warning that breakfast would not be served and that was very disappointing. The bathroom doors had some disturbing splatters. Very friendly check in staff, hotel was under renovations during my stay Feb 28-Mar1, 2026, but I had no issues getting to the elevator or my room. Heat and A/C worked well in the King suite I stayed in. Room was VERY clean and had fridge, freezer w/ ice tray, microwave, and a small sink. No cups or dishes, even disposable, so bring your own if you'll need them. Comfy couch and sitting area with TV, and a TV in the bedroom. The bathroom sink had soap & lotion pumps and the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps. The only things missing were a trash can in the room and a DND hanger/magnet for the door. Would love to stay here again, very peaceful stay and convenient location for a quick getaway at a great price.

Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest.

We were blown away but how beautiful and clean this hotel was. We’ve been travelling across the USA from Canada for 2 weeks and this was by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at, in this price range. The value you get for the price you pay is incredible. This place is absolutely luxurious. Complimentary laundry. Beautiful breakfast, 24hr pantry, free parking, ect. 10/10. Would stay again and again. Well done.

The room was spacious, which was nice. Really nice shower and clean, too. However, when we unfolded the hide a bed, there were NO linens. We searched the room, including all cabinets, closet, drawers...nothing. my daughter went to the front desk and asked for linens for the couch bed. She was handed the ROUGHEST blanket we have ever felt. That was it! No sheets, no pillow cases, just a blanket that felt like a grain sack or straight up sandpaper. I sended up sleeping on the folded up coach with 2 towels instead of the blanket. If you are going to have a hide a bed in a room, at least provide linens.
