Very secure and comfortable. Will stay again in the near future.
when i arrived the front desk ,it took about five or ten minutes to have everything done overall i had a great visit
Due to Covid-19, there has been a lot of adjustments to the hotel industry. The staff was always very informative and helpful whenever I had questions. I did not utilize all of the amenities offered, but was satisfied with my stay. I’ll use this location again
It was a very nice hotel to stay at the workers are very nice
One of the mattresses had a funky smell in a spot. Told management and nothing done but changed linens and smell persisted. So avoided spot and covered with pillows. Also found underwear from prior guest hanging on the ironing board in the closet. Saw at least one roach as well in the bathroom on the extra towels. So cleanliness a big issue with this property. Staff seemed nice though and otherwise would have been a pleasant stay.
This hotel was excellent for our stay! Compared to our first hotel, this one is what we needed. Our person who checked us in was nothing but fabulous! Let us know good spots around and the room was amazing with a great view. Everything you need. Not tooo fancy and not too beat up. It was perfect ! Thank you to the employee Jaime, he went over and beyond for my partner and I. Our stay would not have been the same with the great customer service provided.
This place was very dirty. We stayed for 6 nights and our bathroom was cleaned once. I called and asked multiple times to get our bathroom cleaned..front desk was very kind but housekeeping not so much. We had dirty sheets upon arrival. Called to get a new set put on and the housekeeper left the sheets on the floor outside our door. The dishes in the kitchenette were also filthy. I wouldn't recommend staying here if cleanliness is a priority. The location was great and price was cheap. Walking distance to almost anything and the canal was a great view. The pool area had a great grill space where we had some cookouts. We saved a ton of money cooking at the hotel rather than eating out each meal. I wish it had been cleaner and staff would have been more willing to help us when we asked for a clean room. Sadly, we will not be returning and do not recommend.
Lovely 7 nights, hotel is 20 mins from airport and about $30-40 with urban cabs at the airport. Its a good 10 minute walk dpwn the road to shops and the beach which we found acceptable. Nice variety of food, our favourite place was The Cheesecake Factory. Hard Rock Cafe was a nice addition too. We used the local bus service for a day to the neighbouring beach, very easy to use if you have Google Maps. It was $5.50 each for an all day pass. Very polite locals, beach was clean too. Sea was warm although very stoney at first and they are sharp. Hotel pool was nice and ckean, hot tub was lovely but main pool was freezing yet acceptable lol.we also got invited to the roof by managers as the skyline is the tallest building so got a lovely view. Mush go to beach too and watch the sunset, absolutely stunning.
The location was excellent. Close to everything. Easy walking distance to a lot of things to see and do in Waikiki, close to restaurants and food stores, buses or car rentals. The hotel had pool, convenience store with good prices and a laudromat, bar-b-q’s galore. Very good for a family. The only hick was that housekeeping was not always on top of things. They would forget to forgot to provide, soap or coffee or to vacuum. One of the sofa beds was uncomfortable.
Everything was good except one time when I was trying to charge my phone infront of the lobby elevators. The security officer (I know his name) told me we are not allowed to use the outlet because it's only for utility people. I told him I was booked in the hotel and it's ridiculous coz I have booked in many hotels and it's the first time someone told me that. He told me I have to unplug my phone so I did. I asked him if I have to charge my phone in my room and he said yes. But I made sure I got his name. I looked at his badge. Is this really the policy of Skyline? Clients can't charge their phones in the lobby?
