SureStay Plus by Best Western Lexington

When I checked in to lady and guy (Michael) I think, were amazing. Later about 12 grandson was going to take a shower and found there were no wash cloths, no soap, no hand towels and only 2 regular towels. Called the front desk and spoke with someone that told me the items were there and if I brought the dirty one up he would give me clean. Again I explained there were none to bring him. He told me he checked and it said the maid left some. This went on for 5 minutes or more with me trying to explain, no, there are none. Finally hung up. Sent my grandson up to desk to see if he would just give us 2 wash cloths. He said NO. Said his manager said we couldn't have any. Worst experience EVER here. My grandson used a sock. Really?! 2 wash cloths? The Maid the next morning apologized for the way he acted and gave us towels and wash cloths. I have stayed here many, many times. I could not believe the way we were treated. Like we were common thieves! I am a legal assistant and I can assure you I would not steal 2 wash cloths!

It was a good motel overall but they aren’t very friendly and there’s a couple women up front in office that were very rude and difficult to talk to about anything. I think they should be replaced and this motel would be a lot better off honestly.

I booked this room with the understanding that it came with a really good breakfast and was given a brown paper bag lunch instead.🙁

First of all it was nothing like the picture it was dirty I was scared to use the blankets! They had roaches! They told us we could not have Visitors and we were there on a birthday trip and they didn’t tell us until they took our money!! We couldn’t put our clothes in drawers because it was so nasty!! Took shower in flip flops

The room was clean for most part. There was a dead cockroach tho. Sheets looked pretty cleans and bed were comfy. I got a smoking room and there was no ashtrays provided. The toilet was not properly secure and swayed when used. Over all o would give this a 4 out of 10

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, however, I will not be staying again in the future. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. Could not get a good nights sleep. Also the maid did not come. We stayed two nights. We had no clean towels for our seconds nights stay and no coffee. The hotel itself has seen better days, lots of very visible wear and tear in the room. Unimpressed.

Hotel was very out dated, and smells like smoke. I thought I was booking for the best western next door and was disappointed to find out it was thus hotel

Very attentive, when our car broke down allowed us to take all the time we needed without extra charge. Will be staying here again.

There was a very loud party going on down at the end of the hall. It continued until late in the morning around 9am. It included loud talking and laughing, going in and out of the outside doors nearby, banging into walls and even into my door. I had a hard time getting to sleep. Then I got into too deep of sleep and slept through my alarms. I had planned on getting up at 3am, taking a shower and checking out by 4am. I finally got at 10am without a shower. And I was late to my destination. I informed the front desk and mgr.
