The hotel is very conveniently located, only 10-12mins tram ride away from city center. Good for overnight stay.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Room is small but well designed. Not very convenient although still walkable to the station.

Okay to stay
Room (ourfit and size) okay. The toilet had no ventilation. The humidity caused bad smell in the toilet and the room. Not understandable for a new building. Breakfast was good, but the space a bit overcrowded. Overall okay for a short stay.

June 2024 stay
We had a lovely room overlooking the railway. The room was large enough for the 3 of us and they even gave us a kettle to bake our own drinks. Lady on reception very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and good choices.

Clean, easy to get to on tram 14. Only downside is the massive road and railway line outside my window. The windows blocked the sound but the room was a bit warm so I had to keep the window closed due to noise and the aircon was only just up to the task.

Great Location For The Tram To The Town Centre
If you want somewhere to just put your head down for the night then this is perfect but the rooms are a little small. The tram service in to town (number 14), which runs right to the centre of town is literally less than a 5 minute walk and free to staying guests.

The price is Ok for Basel and the place is open and feels young and clean and they have a nice spread for breakfast. The rooms are extremely small but for a day or two with a small suitcase you’re fine.

Not my best night in a hotel
I arrived late. The bar/restaurant was closed. The room was rather noisy (I think there was a highway next to the hotel). The hotel was accessible from city center by uber. I’m not sure I could have done it by feet. The staff was friendly. I had to leave early. I haven’t tried the breakfast. Also the alarm rang during the night and all customers had to leave their room to meet in the lobby. Hopefully no fire. It was not really a good night.

Very friendly and helpful staff - nice lobby, the room was nothing special but fine; the location was a bit disappointing on arrival, but they provided all guests with a free pass for public transport throughout the entire city, which was very helpful and got us to the historical centre via an easy tram ride within 15-minutes.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at the B&B. The facilities are new, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only wish would be to be able to open a window but the air conditioning seemed to work fine. The hotel has a nice lobby where you can work if on a business trip.

Hoy rooms! They would not turn the air down. Extremely uncomfortable. Tiny rooms, can’t move around

Same breakfast menu everyday is very boring and there are no other dinning opportunities close by. Pancakes and/waffles would be a nice addition. We were there four days.

More like a one star hotel
I simply don t understand how this place can have 3 stars. It s at best 1 star. The staff seemed overworked, stressed out, and bothered by the simple presence of the guests. We asked if the room would be noisy being near the elevator, they said no, but oh boy was it noisy… the room was not really cleaned, still hair on the desk near the entrance. The entire vibe of the place was industrial and cheap. The only redeeming point for this place was its convenient location with a nice (paying) parking.
Drissia, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

No air conditioning at rooms…for a room the was almost 300 dollars a night? Give me a break! Staff was not kind only, it was awful!!! Unfriendly, with an unpleasant attitude, and that is to be kind with that bunch. The was a girl named Laura who was fantastic, otherwise you can throw the staff in the trash.
