Super 8 by Wyndham Albuquerque West/Coors Blvd

the room building was nothing compare to other super 8 less than 10 minutes after I cancel my stay they say it was ok I checked my bank account and they charged my twice Instead of a refund Iasked the lady she told me she was new and that manager was going to call me and she never did

We had no key card to get in/out of the room,maintenance man had to let us, the bed cover had stains, had to ask for towels, it was LOUD from the laundry room (washer) and the door was LOUD as it was located by a side door, traffic was loud and lots of homeless people outside so it felt unsafe. The older lady upfront was not friendly and made me feel unwelcome l:

Front Desk clerk, Mary, was very nice. The key card machine wouldn't work (they were still having issues with it when we left next morning) but she didn't let that fluster her, her smile and pleasant attitude stayed in place. She finally had to give up on it and walked us up to our room and let us in. We were there just for the night and didn't need to leave the room for anything so not having a key wasn't a problem for us. The room itself was older but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but the water was hot and everything was clean so I didn't mind. Had a good nights sleep and left early next morning

Worst motel stay I have ever experienced. The first room they put me in hadn’t been cleaned. Second room was clean, however the toilet felt like it wasn’t firmly attached to the floor. Several times during the night the fire alarm in the hall went off. There was no fire. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and always had a pleasant experience.

Tv did not work. Coffee maker was bad.

Got in very late but the held our reservation. Very clean

I walked in the room and it smelled like smoke. I went down to the desk to make sure i got a non smoking room and was told all the rooms were non smoking. I went back opened the window and turned on the air to air it out. I then turned on the TV and it would only come on and change volume but the cable box would not work. I again went to front desk and was told to change the HDMI on the side of the TV. I did that so didn't work. I did not want to go back to the front desk so i just used my phone. The room was in need of repair. The tub had a crack, bathroom floor was patched, bsthroom ceiling had mold, drywall has holes.
