Normal , pero éramos 5 y no nos dieron cama adicional , se suponía que la tenían y costaba 15 dólares cuando hicimos la reserva , pero la persona en la recepción dijo que no era permitido más de 4 personas por habitación, por lo que uno de mis hijos durmió en el suelo.

I booked this hotel 3 weeks in advance. Drove 7.5 hours to get there. Tired and such... bring my bags in... just to be told I'd need another 50.00 in top of the 99+ dollars I spent for the bed online. The receptionist was rude and uncooperative. Also, receiving personal calls at the desk and ignoring me. Then they wouldn't give me my money back. Called expedia. They told me that tho they didn't show or take the extra money out... it's non refundable. I was pissed. No place to lay my head, no extra money, no refund, no customer service. Eventually I was able to get in the room 2 hours later... no help from expedia or the lady receptionist. 4 am the alarms in the room go off carbon monoxide is in the room. Get transferred to a new room. Everything is nice. Just the pillows are puffy but flat. Felt like I was laying my head on a sheet. I hated the customer service. But the room was overall nice. Just have a lot of money on your card... hidden fees everywhere. And expedia sends you all this itinerary mess, but didn't say anything about that.

I arrived about 530am and the lady at the front desk was one of the best front desk people I have ever came across. Although I had purchased a king room and none were available so she was kind enough to move me to a 1bdr Suite.

Stay was good except not able to sleep on side of bed. Once you lay down you rolled to middle of bed. First day water was hot. Next few days water was warm and no longer hot.

IT WAS NICE WITH NO PROBLEM!!

Need to get ice machines fixed. I remember staying here back August and they where both broke then.

It was good. However, it almost went the wrong way before checking in. Remain professional above all else in any situation.

I checked in late, very late, but the check-in was excellent. The room was clean, a nice room. My issue is their ad referenced free breakfast, but they only offered packaged french toast and yogurt... and i dont want to hear that woke excuse about COVID-19. Putting fruit in a bowl, cartons of milk with a box of cereal, some pre-package danish ... are those items going to spread COVID-19? Call it what it is, you're cutting expenses wherever you can. I'd respect that a hell lot more. Additionally, by time i got downstairs, around 11:00'ish, the juice fountain was already locked up. Really? What is the rationale with locking down the juice machine? Will they lose that much money if 10 people a day draw a cup of juice off the fountain after their designated "breakfast" hours? Whats the actual cost of the OJ syrup used to make an 8 oz cup of OJ? A penny? Two cents? Its not much more than that, so stop the nonsense. Think before you decide to do what all the other cheap hotels do, otherwise you will become like them ... and you noticed that i didnt stay there did you?

As mentioned when booking the reservation, covid 19 temperature test will be conducted upon entry and face mask would be giving to you if you don't have one. Well, that's NOt so

I liked that It was a small hotel, very clean and welcoming plus I got my room on the first floor!
