Beautiful hotel with scenic views. The pool and beach were well maintained. The buffet food was excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Dinners were a hit or miss depending on what was ordered. Many couples on this resort.

8/10 Very good

Would of been perfect if a dinner buffet was offered instead of only ala cart. Property was in great condition and staff were fantastic. The beach crews worked hard every day clearing the minimal sargassum on the beach.

10/10 Exceptional

The property is beautiful and the food and spa were amazing. We upgraded and got access to a special restaurant, the sauna, steam room and hot tub in the spa every day. It was beautiful! Juan and Jose the bellmen were very helpful and Alan at check in was great! Angeles at the buffet was so sweet and the entire staff made sure I had a great birthday!

Fantastic place to stay! Staff was friendly, food was amazing for resort food. We had a very nice stay.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The food wasn’t great and they need a fan on the club dance floor. I appreciate them replacing the smoke alarm battery in Adelita’s after I pointed the constant beep out. I appreciated them removing the seaweed. I loved seeing the wild animals running around while walking through the property as well as beating the birds.
Verified review

6/10 Good

We enjoyed our stay here, but noted some issues with bathroom cleanliness and quality of the food available. We enjoyed the Adelita restaurant, but the buffet and other restaurants were lacking flavor and variety. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed being pool side and beach side daily but for 5 star resort and for the price, cleanliness and food could use improvement.

10/10 Exceptional

From the lobby to all the amenities and the employees, we had an amazing stay. The sargassum is real and prevented us from getting in the ocean, unfortunately. Besides from that, the white sand beach and the pool, the activities they provide, all restaurants are great. The Italian in our option is by far the best, by the way. We’d definitely recommend it and go back there.
