We would have never paid $88 a night for such an old hotel. The carpet was filthy. You could not stand in the bath tub to take a shower because it was so slippery. I am not sure what they sprayed on it. The hotel had an oder to it. Due to Covid they did not offer any maid service. We were in charge of trash and getting any towels, toilet paper, etc. No trash bags to be found. Our floor had kids running up & down the hall & slamming doors. A dog was barking all the time in the room next door. Horrible experience. Would like my money back!
Although I understand that Covid is here I still would expect to get clean linens when staying several days. Or at the very least, a small discount on the extra days.
Great experience! Our kids loved the waterslide. However, we were bummed that the hot tub was out of order.

The hotel is extremely outdated for its price and was not clean at all. It had fungus in its shower area. Very disappointed never booking Hampton Inn's from now on.
Family trip. Two nigbt stay. Confirmation . I arrived to find my reservation was not correct even though i called and confirmed my info. I told the desk lady i would paycash when we checked out. She still took my credit card but said she qould not use it for the bill. The room: carpet was nasty. It felt sticky. I was told during check in that there wiuld be no breakfast. I was told it was grab and go. This should have been told prior to.my arrival. Then go to the pool. Hot was not working. Found out it broke down several days before my arrival. Again should have been disclosed to me during reservations. The trash cans was over flowing inside and outside. Then on day two come back to the room from the pool and my key does not work. Went to front desk. I was told oh you checked out. WHAT?. I was told someone went into your room and found your dog. So if i had checked out. Uh no. The desk person showed my the bill for one night. The charged me 50$ for pet fee and not the rate i booked the room for. Mia the desk person told me i needed to pay $209 plus dog fee. I showed her my bank statement where two nights were billed on my debit card as well as it being deducted from my account. Mia said she would handle it. Checked out next day. Oh they already had checked me out and ran my debit card. Luckily i did not have funds in it. They told me they would only charge me what they already did on my card.oh homeless kept walking past my window on first floor. Not good feeling
Upon check in there was no desk attendant. There was no bell or sign indicating an issue. Another customer stated she had been waiting for 15 minutes. We tried calling out, looking down the hallways, and calling the hotel phone without any luck. After about 10 minutes, he showed up and checked us in but was not very apologetic. Getting into our room there was a smell in the room. We could not tell if this was a basement musty smell (even though we were on the 3rd floor) or what it was. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The hot tub was out of order. There was a black stain of some sort on the underneath side of the blanket/bedding. Because of Covid, the normal breakfast was replaced with a ready to go breakfast bag and cold cereal, however the ready to go bag was not available on the second morning. We actually tried calling to get another reservation elsewhere, but unfortunately with it being Labor Day weekend we had no luck. This was definitely not up to normal Hampton standards as we have had in the past.
Easy fast check in. Friendly staff and clean place.
Overall hotel condition is in need of repair. Lights flickering, ice machines broken, trim falling off walls. Staff was friendly and worked hard to make our stay good.
