We liked it was close to everything we wanted to do and the staff was excellent. Very nice young couple that wqs managing the motel. Would very much stay there again.

The curb appeal was disappointing. I wasn't sure what the inside would be like. The lobby was ok. The laundry area had a bad smell coming from the trash can. The ice machine was turned off. The breakfast had plenty of choices and I was not disappointed with it.

Liked the cost.....very reasonable, even for a small, midwestern town. Very much disliked the “condition of the hotel”: There were weeds all throughout the little landscaping, the little that they do have. The very little grass that they do have, was way overgrown. The small Laundry Room ((1) washer & (1) dryer) that they do have was extremely dirty from the time that I checked in on a Friday evening, till when I checked out mid-morning on Monday. It would have taken 5 - 10 minutes to clean up,...but the Manager/Attendant was too lazy to even do that. Several lights in my room were inoperative. Water stains in the Hallway’s ceiling & carpets. They had “Zingers” for a breakfast food, and their Juice machine was inoperative. They were even too lazy to come to the front desk to check me out on Monday morning.......had to call them on the front desk phone, at which they then told me to just leave the room cards (keys) on the front desk.

Check in was easy. We came in late and let early.
