We had a late checked in due to our long travel distance. Upon checking in, front desk was somewhat approachable. Then we got to our room which was very small and outdated. Unfortunately, we did not had a good night sleep that night. The walls was very thin and heater was not working properly. If anything, it started blowing dust with that, my allergies was triggered. Paul, the Manager was very understanding with our request for early check out and was able to accommodate our needs. I regret that we did not have good experience but the Staff was understanding of our situation which matters to me the most. Thanks Paul for all your help.
Late evening check in was great. Receptionist was welcoming, explained dining options & check in was quick & easy. Room was large, clean & had micro, coffee/tea, fridge & small 32” tv with Direct TV. Bed had white thin blankets & noticed small specs of black debris on it. Discovered it was blowing out from heater/ac unit next to one bed. Despite no smoking policy & signs, observed & smelt smoke in corridors. Advised different receptionist next day & he only apologized saying they can only enforce policy in rooms & not much else they can do. Returned to room late in the evening & room had not been cleaned. Advised receptionist & she stated policy is you have to request maid service in advance, due to Covid-19. I can understand, but was never told about this policy at check in. They did quickly bring fresh towels. Area is close to many services & freeway. Hotel breakfast options available at 6 am & dinner options available until 10pm. Did also notice security during evenings.
I stayed for two weeks after the sale of my home. Fantastic!!! The staff was exceptional!!!

The pool was closed and I was unaware of this when I booked the room.
I have photos and videos of the condition of the hotel I found the bathroom dirty and then somebody came to clean and she leave it the same “no clean” I can no believe They give us another room and others bad conditions : hairs on the bath on the floor on the sink etc. So maybe the housekeeper is the probablemente over there
Very enjoyable even with COVID around the staff was very nice . Wish the pool and gym would have been open but I understand
