Gatlinburg Chateau Rentals

Almost everything was broken, old and outdated. Broken toilet, tub was dirty and water wouldn't stop running, chair was broken, couch was ripped, floor felt as if it was falling in. We stayed in room 409 if you get this room you might wanna ask for another. They sent maint. to fix tub but he couldn't fix it. We asked for another rom they said they had none and were all booked at all the locations. Terrible. I emailed owners and have heard nothing back. Will never stay here again.

Kitchen was small, no tv in 2nd bedroom, hot water was much appreciated

We booked gatlinburg chateau rentals. When I called they had us staying at another place laurel inn. They kept us at laurel inn so not as we booked The place is extremely small and beds were noisy and old so very bouncy. The stove and oven are very small much more like a kitchenette. The pots, dishes etc were extremely old and thankful I brought my own frying pan. They did not provide one. The fridge is small as well. I would not recommend staying here with a family.

Very old condo unit, needs refurbishing. Musty smell

Not good. The unit we were in was very disappointing. The beds were very old and the couch was as well we had to sit on the chair cushions to even be able to sit on it. There are plenty more issues that I have documented and took pictures.

Everything is ok except the dishwasher leaks on the floor and the toilets need replaced. They are outdated and sometimes wont flush. They put roil on the stove burners anr didnt plug them all the way in. I fixed that when i was there. I stayed in unit 109. its alittle outdated. Rod from ohio.

Brought back memories of our younger lives. Very comfortable. There were some earrings and other personal things we found under the beds and sofa. So the cleaning people don't do a very good job.

RUN to another place if you get room 408!! Horrible! The mattress is literally 20 years old. The manufacturer date is 6/16/1999! The place is old, the sofa is nasty, the floors were sticky, the appliances are OLD, and the a/c gave my wife and I some respiratory issues. The master bedroom was hot and the maintenance guy repaired the A/C unit with duct tape! RUN AWAY! The pics on the website are not of the available rooms on Expedia or at the office. They are of privately owned condos you rent from another site. We will never go back!! Don't know if I stressed this enough... RUN AWAY! Stay anywhere but here!

It was enough room to fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers, plus the kitchen was nice to have. A few things were broke upon arrival but were fixed the next day. There is only someone there in the office between 9 and 6. It was an older building so not very luxurious and had a hot tub that was broke the entire time. The plus is the view! You could see almost all of Gatlinburg from the property. Of course that means a strenuous climb to get there if you are not driving. The location was far enough from the center of things to be quiet but close enough to walk places. It was worth it overall for the price because we did not spend a lot of time in the condo so why pay for luxury?
