I will come back again. And I highly recommend to everyone. This location is very close to falls. And everything is on walking distance. Good thing is parking is free and they have pool

Easy check in, spacious clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. Appreciated the free parking & continental breakfast (basic but adequate). Wonderful helpful staff. A bit out of the way but short walk to Clifton Hill.

I moved to 7Ns from an unpleasant motel 800m away. I intended a 1 night stay but stayed 5. CONS - environs have no curbside appeal but are safe. Initially thought the wing of long term residents a bit unusual but they came to my aid on 2 separate occasions . PROS. Big rms. Free Pking. 10 mins walk to Clifton Hill (if you like that sort of trip). Another 5/10 to the awesome river/falls themselves. Same to Peace Bridge. Fridge , mwave. I stayed in 3 different rms , 1 had a very noisy aircon , so check. Despite being a UK Dr. my stay in Niagara was enforced by delayed (2hrs became 10days, then I gave up) esta authorization. Owner - Mr Gill and his right hand man - Dave were in any case very nice (and entertaining ) people to be around but Mr Gill also went out of his way to help me with my border control problem.

Absolutely trash hotel. Not worth the money at all. 4 days booking only got me two tiny soap bars and two tiny shampoo bottles very small ones. Mattress was in really bad shape and should have been replaced a few years ago. Place is far from falls. If you chose this hotel to do breakfast then get ready for cheap breakfast, they mentioned simple breakfast beforehand but seriously who offers small begals but no cream cheese? Also owners/property handlers are so cheap they don’t even put enough disposable plates, cups and cutlery on the table for breakfast. If you want breakfast then there are tim hortons in the area where you can get good breakfast for cheap. If you chose the hotel for parking then there is plenty of parking ( $10, $15 ) available closer to falls for all day or even Street parking is easy to find. Will not recommend this place at all.

Not much positive
We selected this hotel due to its walking proximity to the main street of Niagara Falls and its free parking. Those were the only positive aspects of our stay. The check-in process did not start well since we were not impressed that our driver's licence and credit card were photocopied, and this even though they had already taken an imprint of our credit card and that our room was already paid. We were told that their bank ordered them to do so, which we did not believe. I have never seen any other hotels in Canada do this and a Canadian bank would not ask for this. We will make a formal complaint to the Financial authorities. The owners are from India and I believe that the are putting rules that are not acceptable or permitted in Canada. The booking site stated that the room came with breakfast only to receive an email shortly after booking stating that breakfast consisted of only sliced bread with butter and peanut butter. When I went to check the breakfast the next morning, I was appalled. Slice bread was indeed on the menu with two communal bowls (one of butter and one of peanut butter) where all guests were serving themselves from. Very unhygienic and not to the Canadian health standards. Will make a formal complaint to Health Canada. The room, although clean, had a very old and uncomfortable bed that needs to be changed. The bath towels also need to be changed for newer ones. An additional locking mechanism needs to be added inside the room door to add security. Not wor

I paid CA$555 for a 2 day stay and it was a total ripoff. A very poor value for money for me. The surrounding area is shady. The property is old and is not well maintained. It seemed like every other person living there was smoking. The breakfast room is crammed and the breakfast was very limited with multiple restrictions pasted on the walls. Examples: Milk will be available for $1 a cup, You are not allowed to take breakfast for your room. I would rate this hotel at a 2. Strongly recommend that you avoid this place.

They keep a 200$ service charges. It took more then a week to get the reimbursement. The hotel told us they will charge us at the hotel but they charged us on our way. Thank God Inused my koho card. The old men is Punjabi doesn't understand English on the phone. Had to explain to him in Hindi that I am on my way and will pay there. Room is average. No extra towels.

I booked a room with two queen beds for my family of four members. Everything in the room is too old . The pillows and the bedding could be better! They didn’t put even a tissue box in the room. They served breakfasts but it was just bread with butter and jam bagels and Somoza, coffee and tea. The food serving area is so small that five to six people can fit and the eating area has not enough chairs and tables to sit comfortably to eat!

Not bad
We chose the hotel because of its location. It's only a few minutes from the Falls by driving, which is super convenient for us. The reception lady was also very friendly and kind. However, we wish the hotel room could have been cleaner and more comfortable.

Very clean &walking distance from main attractions
I truly recommend this place. The room was very clean, has a refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, iron with ironing table. Loved that the motel is located less than 15 min walk distance from Clifton Hills. The pool was a nice touch. Also I can’t say enough good things about Gill at the reception desk, he is so helpful and kind. They also accept late check ins. We’ll book again here next time we travel to the Niagara Falls.
