Could do with small improvements. Smart tv. Improvements to kitchen. Repaint aircon outside unit. Fix sliding door lock.

Nice amenities, easy to check in late and check out early. Staff easy to communicate with. Accommodation excellent

Very good Location but not well kept the Apartment needs a good wash

Easy walk to the restaurants, and the beach. And only good thing I could say about the apartment was the pool was clean. I suffered hay fever from the dust in the appartment.Showers where mouldy.

Property is a bit tired, but was clean and has comfortable beds

Enough space for a family, had good facilities just bring your own washer for the bathroom

Great Location in Broadbeach. Close to everything we needed. Nice and quiet location. Good parking. Easy walk to the convention centre. The building and fittings are showing their age but everything works and the beds were comfy. The staff were great and helped us when we needed it.

décor is a bit dated, but apartment is clean, convienent with good ammentities
