Check in guy was RUDE!!!! I went through 3 rooms before I got one that was worth the price I paid for 3 nights. The young lady was helpful during that hard time. I would not book AGAIN!!!!
When I got to the hotel to check-in, I was met with surprise extra fees that could not and would not be explained. The overall quality and cleanliness was MUCH lower than anticipated and expected. I felt like I was staying in a shabby roadside motel. After living and working at a camp for several years, I meticulously check for bugs when j travel and didn’t see anything when I arrived but woke up on the middle of the night with a bed bug crawling on me. There is NO way it came with me! I killed it and brought it to the desk in the morning after a very wary night sleep and was not so much as apologized to! The lady seemed completely unconcerned. There is no way I would ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Not bad for the price. Until i opened closet and had a shelf covered in pills.
You COVID, I am very wary of traveling. So looking on Choice Hotels website, quality inn seemed like a good pick with the precautions being taken. However, once I arrived it didn’t seem like those precautions were being taken seriously. The front desk person wasn’t wearing a mask the three times I spoke with them. There was a leftover coffee cup with coffee in the fridge and a large stain on a pillow. I requested a new room as it didn’t seem as thoroughly cleaned, only to be offered they just remove the cup. But I insisted on a new room. The new room still didn’t seem clean, with stained ceilings and just thinking the rooms weren’t being cleaned as promised in their website. So I decided to leave and find a new hotel. COVID makes me want to be ensured of a clean room at least, and hopefully masks worn by employees and guests. This location does not seem to adhere to what Choice Hotels promises.
There was no one at the desk for check in when we arrived. We had to call the hotel # for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the bathtub, toilet seat was dirty. Old food was left in the microwave. Remote for the tv had dead batteries. I guess you get what you pay for. We will NEVER stay there again!
We were given a room that had a terrible odor and when we complained the manager said he didn't go around smelling each room. He did finally give us a new room that did not have a refrigerator as advertised and the bathroom was not clean.
This hotel has no A/C on in the hallway or in the room. They put us on the second floor and there is no elevator. We get to the room and find out they don't have wifi. We were there on business and needed the internet. Never again!
General manager wasn't wearing a mask as required by the governor. Absolutely no customer service or people skills at all. He lied three times about his name and my reservation. None of his cleaning staff were wearing masks either,. I would never stay here again. This place needs to be investigated
Everything was great. The only thing that wasn't was I got charged more then what hotels.com said. There was like a $13 difference. That's really my only complaint.
Pleasantly surprised! Bed was super comfy, booked at last minute. Staff very accommodating and nice. Thank you!
