Overall, great, but bed was too hard. I prefer a softer pillow top mattress.

We got there about 7:30 PM, and the attendant was not very enthusiastic. The first room we stayed in did not have curtains to block out any of the light from the outside. So I asked for a second room which we got and we merely noticed that the fan for the heater/air conditioner squeal like there was a cat living inside of it. We were so tired from our trip that we just felt we would deal with it. Then to top this off they were kids running up and down the hallway going from room to room and I know that’s not the hotels problem but still I didn’t make her stay any more pleasant. I’ll let the morning person know about the fan noise when we checked out and again that person was very enthusiastic about our experience

Check in was super fast (!!) and pleasant. Parking was convenient & well-lit. Room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. The shower was warm, and the coffee was better than most hotels'. Everything was exactly what I expect for price.

It took a while to check in. I could hear the staff in the back; even with the cameras and me asking for someone multiple times no one came to the front until I walked toward the breakfast bar.

This was the first time staying in Trussville. A one nite midway for us on our way to Chattanooga. We would stay again.

We have not traveled much during the virus, but was really surprised that rooms are only cleaned every three days and there was no housekeeping at all on Thanksgiving. Also, lots of partying by other guests over the holiday. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel and a good stay.

Check in was seamless. Great location right off the highway and lots of restaurant nearby some in walking distance. I would stay there again.

The place is not as nice as the pics. Dont go there. First thing, they failed to mention on the website, the pool was closed. Second, the first room they tried to give me smelled so bad like mold and mildew, i didn't make it in the door. The way up to the second room was terrible. Old and reeking of mildew smell. Hallways and elevator. The second room, was clean, but it smelled of mildew also. Just tolerable. Slow draining shower. Shower head spray was half. Linens were nice. And bed was comfy. I appreciated that they had plenty accessible working outlets. But then breakfast was exactly, ice water, coffee, Orange juice, Ottis Spunkmeyer muffins, which are good, and two different kinds of cereal bars. And then, i had a housekeeper knock on my door to see if i was out at 10 am, i went to the door and told her i would be checking out at check out time, 11:30, right? She proceeded to tell me no, 11:15. I didn't argue, just said i would check out then. She knocked again at 10:30. Im sharing this so you know my experience. I expected a much better experience for over $100 a night. I clean homes, and have been a maid at a hotel. So maybe you get a better view. Take it for whatever its worth.

The motel smelled like cigarette smoke. It felt unclean. It has definitely been a long time since it has been updated. We were traveling from Mississippi to Tennessee and needed a quick place to stay. Don’t think I would stay there again. We did not see any bedbugs and we did have hot water.

Second time we have used this Inn. Very nice and comfortable. We will book here again.
