Best Western Hotel Muenchen Airport

Comfortable enough very small single room, but this is NOT an airport hotel. It is a 25-minute drive away and the hotel charges an outrageous E34 each way for a basic shuttle service.

Property seemed clean but staff was not friendly. Several doors to outside but could only use main door so had to carry luggage through long hallways.

Very small and no air conditioning. We couldn’t open the door to the patio because it opened up to field. Shower was so small we couldn’t move. It was ok as we didn’t stay there long. This might be topic German culture but for Americans it was uncomfortable.

One of the staff ( night shift) tried to scam me ...tried to shortchange me when i bought something from the counter...he was a little heavy set

do not know how they can call this airport hotel - 19 km away with a €68 fee for a return shuttle trip from the airport. Decor is old and tired.

Location was close to the spa and train. Stores around was convenient. Rooms cleaned everyday. Hotel - I asked for towels and they wanted $10 euro deposit. - I asked for two wine glasses and the lady at the bar wasn’t going to give it and again ten euro deposit for each glass. She had a sloppy attitude towards this. She was busy at the bar. - no face cloths just very simple room. Staff got much better as week went on, and much better feeling. Some staff was friendly from start. - we grabbed the towels from the gym which worked out for us. 5 or 6 nights of sleeping and no sheets were changed so I stripped the bed so they get the message to please change our bed sheets. Whoever this person was that changed the sheets was a great person because they always continued to showed a great attitude Room always was cleaned everyday except the sheets I expected to have done after the forth day, I totally understood later about the towels because of the spa next door but not the wine glasses. It was perfect to see a handwritten birthday card on my bed that night. I was nervous about what of was being charged to my room bill. It was totally all good at the end.

Too expensive for average hotel and Rio was cold on arrival

Free parking was on street. Garage was 8€. Room was clean and good size for Europe. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Quite a distance from airport. Shuttle was over 30€. Restaurant had only a limited buffet service for around 25€ per. Extremely friendly staff at restaurant. Local area didn't seem to have other dining options nearby. OK for our quick overnight before flight but almost half hour to airport

Property was perfect for overnight stay prior to flying out of Munich airport. Clean and in reasonable proximity to the airport with our rented car.

The place is far from everything but food is great especially breakfast.
