We were very happy with our stay. This hotel is well located, had everything we needed, and the service was great. Breakfast was awesome - thanks Taran!! The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and check in and out was a breeze. This hotel should be rated higher than a 2.5. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Surrey again. Thanks guys!

Seemed to be a decent part of town, friendly staff and they have covid policies in place that still provide services like free breakfast at minimal inconvenience.

Clean friendly good stay covid made breakfast strange but the staff did a great job of making it work

Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, however, we had asked for for dark roast coffee for our keurig and the front desk guy said he would bring it to our room but he never showed up. The room was was pretty standard but was clean and the beds were comfortable. We all slept well. Modified breakfast because of covid which was fine but the eggs were terrible both times we tried them and nothing else worthwhile. Very disappointing breakfast.

Pillows were good. Beds were good. I actually liked having to pool to ourselves for an hour but wish the hot tub was open and bookings could go later than 4:30

Travelling on business for 12 nights. Returned every day To a fresh room. Staff was friendly. Covid 19 protocol followed with signs well marked. Buffet breakfast was not accessible but Taran was available at the breakfast room to personally serve a hot breakfast juices coffee and yogurt to take back to your room or provide a take away bag of goodies to take with you. She always had a warm and kind greeting. I would go back .

I booked 9 days. No use of the pool, no brekfast though they did put out a few bags with a $1.00 worth of crap to make up for brekfast. But still charged the full price for the use of the room we used. I heard several times of Covid. But i wonder we are to use javex to kill the virus where is the best place to kill it but in the pool area? And for breakfast i paid for a hot breakfast and got a bottle of water 2 cookies and a yougert bar. In what world would be fair?

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The premises and rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bagged breakfasts were quite adequate under the current circumstances and better than most other places we stayed at. Overall would recommend this hotel.
