Todo genial, salvo el colchón. Pero puede que sea un tema personal. Se notaban los muelles. No se si pudiera ser el peso (88 Kilos).

El apartamento está bien, mejor los servicios q da, piscina exterior y climatizada y el bufete del desayuno excelente, en el hotel Dom Joao II. Lo de q la recepción no se encuentra, por lo menos en mi estancia está en los mismo apartamentos, y unos recepcionistas super atentos. Yo por hacer caso a los comentarios, me fui directa al Hotel. Las playas cerca del Hotel espectaculares y aconsejo las excursiones en barco a las Cuevas de Bengalí. Nosotros con niños la hicimos en el Barco Santa Bernarda, un barco pirata!! Que te ofrecen una barbacoa deliciosa en una playa de ensueño. Mis hijos y nosotros disfrutamos muchísimo. Unos Días en Portimao inolvidables.

We have stayed here twice now. The apartments are very clean and if you pay for a sea view room the views are amazing from your balcony. There are nicer places to stay but for a cheap place in a great location this is perfect.

Our receptionist Susete was ever helpful and pleasant. She helped make the holiday a success. We want to come back as soon as this virus is finished with.

The Hotel's photos shown in the listing are miles away from reality. Very uncomfortable bed, bedding dirty and bathroom stunned every morning. Staff is the only good about this place.

The hotel is amazing, my room was on the 8th floor over looking the sea I would 100% recommend paying extra for the sea view. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a welcoming smile from the duty manager Susete she went above and beyond helped us with every query we had which made our stay even better. I will 100% be rebooking this hotel when I come back to Portugal. The location is great 8mins taxi to the main parts and the beach is on the doorstep. I unfortunately didn't have time to use the outdoor salt pool and the indoor swimming pool but next time I 100% will. I would 100% recommend. I did not have one problem

Our apartment was cleaned daily, even though the literature we received with our key said it would be every orher day. Everyone on reception desk and in the supermarket was friendly Indoor pool was a bonus and not busy. Good location close to the beach. Knowing what we know now would recommend a sea view room as ours was a garden view, which really meant a road view. Only problem for me was the rock hard bed which was very uncomfortable.

Amazing view of the sea. Good bedroom in general. However, cleaness of the room was not so good and some tiny features of the room were not in good condition.

The staff at the hotel are excellent and it has a great location. On the downside, the room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay and there was a bit of an odour coming from the washroom...i managed to fix the problem with my plumbing knowledge but it's questionable why the hotel had appeared to try to fix it by installing an air freshener.

Great location next to beach. About 15 mins to walk into Alvor. Ignore the check in details. U don’t have to go to Dom joao hotel to check in. This hotel has 24h desk
