Baymont by Wyndham Coeur D Alene

Our only complaint is that someone above us must have had a dog and left for the evening and the dog howled for a couple of hours until the owners returned.

It was great and relaxing. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do it as long has i go there to stay in the area. I recomend it for all your travel needs.

Dirty towels and clothes hanging in back of door as well as dirty sheets and tub. The lady at the front desk was very cordial and nice and gave great customer service

The sign of no room service was puzzling, when we got to our room we discovered that we needed to make our own bed. There were clean linens waiting for us in a pile on the bed. the towels were hung in the bathroom. Made us wonder what cleaning had actually been done in the room. We carry cleaning wipes with us when we travel and do a once over even in clean rooms so we wiped down the most frequently used surfaces. The bed was comfortable, TV worked. We woke up at 8:45 breakfast only went until 9:00. We arrived in the breakfast room at 8:55 with no hot food left. The person attending the room heated us up egg and cheese omelet, and sausage as well made sure that we had plenty of fruit and asked us if we needed anything else. My husband jokingly stated he wanted some obscure thing and the attendant in his broken English said he would see what he could do and minutes later came back with the request. In this time of COVID when help is hard to employee this facility made us feel welcome. We will use this place again.

It was great! Love the Tub! Neighbors upstairs were noisy early in morning but great otherwise!

Didn’t think the room was as clean as some of your other hotels. Also nothing indicating the rooms were sanitized as with other hotels we stayed in that weekend.

The lady at check in was very rude and when I asked hiw to get to me room ahe just said down the hall. The room was trash the toliet disnt work and the bed was so bad. Never again and im warning.....do not stay here!

Nice little place just off the freeway. They don’t actually have parking for trucks but I was able to make it work. Overall a great place that I’d stay at again.

Room was clean and all but the front desk guy I couldn’t understand very well and really had to find the room myself cause he didn’t show me on a map or anything

Started with a great greeting. The first night was fine but the second when we decided to use the microwave found it dirty and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. There was lots of dust bunnies behind the couch. Upon checking out we let the receptionist know the dirty areas and she replied that it was not true that all rooms get cleaned. We replied that we have pictures to show you and there was silence. Upon showing her the pictures she replied with letting us know that she will let the house keepers know. There was no sorry at her end. Asked for the credit card to pay and even then was charged on the wrong card. We asked not to charge the card saved but the one we handed her. Even then she still charged us on the wrong card. we will not return!
