La Quinta Columbus had awesome friendly front desk staff. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean with comfy beds. We used the pool and hot tub twice. We saw the pool being cleaned daily, plus due to current plague! We traveled with our terriers and plenty of options near hotel to walk our dogs.

Excellent Customer Service
We made our reservation on the Hotels.com app and then received a call from the hotel saying that room was not available. I called Hotels.com and they arranged our stayfor the same price as agreed but we received an upgrade to a beautiful room. We wish we had more time to enjoy. The front desk when we arrived greeted me by name. Caroline was beautiful. Jenny also aided in our problem. This is a fantastic hotel and we highly recommend. 100% devoted to customer satisfaction.

Great for a getaway
Just wanted a little getaway and this hotel fit the bill. We got a room with the hot tub, which was very nice. The breakfast was better than many hotels during the pandemic. You could get a breakfast sandwich and heat it in the microwave. Close to Nashville, IN and to Edinburgh. Would stay again!

The hotel was small which we liked because it wasn’t over crowded but we felt there was room for improvement. We were there 4 days, 3 nights (for our mini honeymoon since COVID caused us to cancel our original plans) and not once did we have anyone check on us for any restocking or even just to get our trash. We had to keep going down to the lobby for everything. I wish there was a cart of some sort left on each floor so that people could get what they needed and drop off trash since COVID has prevented some of the room service accommodations. We wished this were reflected in the price since there were limits to things like the housekeeping (especially when there for an extended time) and breakfast selections.

Pleasant stay. The hotel was clean. Free breakfast. Pool and hot tub available. Will choose another La Quinta Hotel next time I travel if available.
