Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg

The hotel was very nice. Good location and easy to find. The staff spoke English and German and we're extremely nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

The staff all spoke English, and were extremely helpful. Conveniently located near a mall with a grocery store and good fast foods.

The staff very very pleasant and helpful. The room is beautiful and CLEAN. Everything was much more than I expected.

Really nice, spacious room with balcony looking out to surrounding area. Only problem is sound-proofing in a busy hotel so woken repeatedly by large groups of tourists at all hours and then by cleaners coming in to clean room early in the morning without knocking

The lobby, hallways, and elevator all had distinct, yet equally terrible smells. The room was dirty and had stink bugs. The elevator took so long to arrive in the morning every day that my colleague opted to walk down 20 flights of stairs instead.

The restaurant was very expensive and we had problems when we checked out. Wifi was slow. Room was large and comfortable though.

It was an efficient check in, but disappointed when I opened the door decor was tired & old with a kitchenette!! Fortunately i was only there on business and only needed it to sleep. The write up suggested there was restaurant and bar but definitely not open. I have heard since the hotel is in the midst of a refurbishment but you shouldn’t use sub standard rooms without saying so and it should be clear about the restuarant. Knowing this I would have gone elsewhere. This is the third hotel i’ve Stayed at in Neu isenburg and will not be on my list for my next trip.

Firstly not that close to the airport, 15 - 20 min taxi ride. A concrete 70's building. Reception area small and not all that appealing. Check in was ok but they were busy and only had two desks. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom had a good shower and was also spacious. We arrived after 9pm and wanted something to eat, even though the bar and restaurant were supposed to be open until 10:30pm it was closed. The desk staff were very helpful and pointed out an excellent steak house literally just around the corner. Breakfast was good with a good choice, and the wifi in the room worked well. Having to pay for the hotel shuttle nearly the same that a taxi cost was disappointing.
