Ok for one night.
Negatives: The hotel didn’t have a record of our reservation. Probably not the hotel's fault, some disconnect from Expedia/Hotels.com. Fortunately they had one room left, although it wasn’t the same setup we reserved. The breakfast was just ok, not great. Carpet in room looked old. Positives: Quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. For the right price, I would stay here again when passing through Buffalo.

Easy to get to, close to airport. This hotel is clean and fairly well maintained. It is 10-15 minutes from downtown Buffalo. No frills, decent breakfast.

This is not goo
The room was clean but water was flowing from the ceiling of the room. Water flowed from the ceiling all night and dirty water flowed on our furniture on the table. The wall behind the TV was very wet, even a fire could have started if it got on the electrical wiring where the TV was plugged in. Our clothes and one of our phones were soaked. How will they compensate for our negative experience?

Musty
The carpets were wet when I checked in. I called the front desk wanting a different room but they said the carpets had been shampooed that day so they didn't know if there was a room that was drier. The room also had a musty unpleasant odor. I was there 6 days. The carpets finally dried after two days but the musty smell remained even with the fan on and window open. The hallway smelled that way too. Bedding was nice but the mattress was a little hard. Breakfast just okay. It was the exact same thing every single day- not one thing changed. Good potatoes, horrible eggs.
