I am writing to express my frustration with several aspects of the service and amenities during my recent stay, which was far from the level I expected as a preferred guest.
Firstly, when I attempted to rent a car, my experience was disappointing. My friend had rented a car the day before with ease, as the front desk handled everything and had the keys ready within a few hours. However, when I went to the front desk, I was told to download the car rental app and handle everything myself. After being brushed off, it wasn’t until my friend showed up and intervened that the staff finally cooperated. This lack of support was frustrating, especially given the smooth process my friend experienced.
In addition, I had a troubling experience with room service. I called the designated number five times to place an order, but my calls went unanswered each time. Only after calling the front desk to request they transfer me was I finally able to place my order. To be ignored repeatedly was incredibly frustrating, particularly as a preferred guest who expects better service.
When scheduling hydrotherapy, I was told there was only one available time, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, essentially telling me to "take it or leave it." I had to go to the spa in person to secure a more convenient time, which should not have been necessary.
