I didn’t like the loudness during all hours of the night beating and banging and this is terrible neighborhood

Not very clean

The fixtures in the bathroom were installed for dwarfs because i am 5 feet, and the shower head was too low for me - couldnt adjust it. The water kept getting scalding hot on and off without our control, and it was burning our skin. There was a ceiling light that kept shorting out, and the mattress was dirty with blood stains. The desk clerk took a very long time to check in a walk-in guest who was in front of us, and we waited for 30 minutes.

We ended up giving them a donation because we stayed in a different location. So gross!

Near Shands, but a bit more.than I hoped to pay. No problems,.though.

if you have allergies to smoke make sure you are allowed to see room first. I requested smoke free room and though door stated no smoking when i entered smell was awful. after less than 5 minutes... I thought I would die. Manager changed rooms to a true non smoking room. but my first night was awful. once exposed reaction lasts for a few hours... even after taking medication. congestion sore throat watery eyes... not good stay. paid for 2 nights came back to room with heavy packages to open door having card key in hand ... and room locked out. had to go all the way back to office. i asked if i paid for 2 nights why was i locked out... was told i probably placed card with cell phone... NOT... was in center console for quick retrieval, knowing i would be exhausted. room was last room down corridor. needs proper updating.. bathroom not done. should have been first to be updated But staff is friendly...

It was ok the gentleman that checked me in was nice and friendly the only problem was the beds are way to hard me and my family member we could barely sleep and she has lung cancer so it’s hard for her to get comfortable and the beds beening hard didn’t help any but it was ok

Location and price was very nice. Not much else was there, but we did not need anything else.

We checked in late night and just wanted to sleep but check-in was super slow. We got to the room and realized we had been given a smoking room. We were too tired to go get a new room. The room smelled like smoke and was very hot since the a/c was not turned on. I tried to turn it on but it would not turn on. I realized the circuit breaker has pooped so I fixed it and turned it on. It took over an hour to get the room cool. The room was very run-down in it's appearance but it was clean. The sheets were laundered and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was the same... old, run-down and dated but clean. Check out process was easy and quick.
