Super 8 by Wyndham Shepherdsville

It's one of my favorites in Shepherdsville. Within walking distance of several restaurants, clean, safe and the staff is always friendly.

Pool was drained, and the breakfast was just an option of two cereals...I believe I overpaided for this location, I could of got a cheaper stay someplace else that didn't offer these amenites if I knew I wasn't going to get them anyway. I believe they should lower their rate if they aren't going to use the pool and "super start breakfast", as these expenditures aren't actually being used hence why they usually charge more then places that do not have these amenities. Coffee cups were tiny, towel were scratch. First room we assigned the toilet won't flushed, they did switch us rooms.

Everything went just fine except at the time of checkout when 11 o’clock came we were rushed out of the room as the manager or owner was just standing it was kind of a crappy situation

Room was full of Ants. I have pics and video. Front desk basically told us they are infested and can't get rid of them, and for us to not leave anything out. I woke up to them crawling all over me. Air conditioner was crap. Had it on 60 and it stayed too warm in the room.

The room was clean, but the odor in the room and hallways was unbearable. I booked this hotel so my kids could swim. There was so much chemicals in the pool my 5 yr got out within seconds screaming in pain. We notified the clerk along another customer and he advise us that it was at the max threshold but within limits. We had to repeatedly flush my daughters eyes. as she cried in pain most of the night.

Great location for a night stay. Every shopping need from restaurants, coffee shops, banking available. Easy access from parking lot. Comfy bed ad clean. Just needs an EV outside plug ☺️

The property manager would not refund my $100.70 even though we had a family emergency and could not make it to the festival that was in town that date. I even tried to get Expedia involved and he still wouldn't refund me. EVEN THOUGH! I know for a fact the hotel was already at capacity BEFORE we found out we weren't able to make the trip. The manager said he wouldn't be able to get the room reserved by someone else before the end of the day which was a COMPLETE LIE! I will tell everyone I know that attends Louder Than Life EVERY YEAR never to get a room with this particular property, scammed me out of $100 that I now need to put towards medical bills for my kid.

Great location next to a Starbucks, but there were ants in the room.
