Super 8 by Wyndham Radcliff Ft. Knox Area

I stay at this place every time I’m in town which has been 5-6 times in the last year and it is a really great experience every time. The front desk staff is always friendly and the people who clean are very thorough. I never worry about staying here and they are always going above and beyond when it comes to guest service.

Smokers of all kinds at every entrance and everywhere in the parking areas right outside the room. A/C fan pulls the smoke right into the room. If you hate smokers, you should avoid this place like the plague.

I can state this in two words......BED BUGS! I was bit by a bed bug. Talked with the front desk. They moved me to another room however, I could not sleep that night at all. Checked out early and they said they would only give me my money back for the night I did not stay. Don't stay here!

This was by far the worst hotel experience in my life. I have a black light and the bottom sheet lit up like a Christmas tree, someone has left a dirty towel from a previous stay, there was something sticky on the floor that I didn’t leave. The AC kept going out. The room doors are so heavy you can hear people coming and going, I couldn’t open the curtain to allow natural light in due to the apartment building directly in front KD the window, housekeeping are nice but they are LOUD and knock on your door even if you’re schedule for another night. There was no rest to be had there. If I had to say one thing positive, it’s the night staff are nice.

great place for the size of town.

Nice place to stay for a short visit. Mostly friendly staff. Hotel could use a little updating and deep cleaning. Our room smelled a bit moldy. The mattress was uncomfortable. The fire alarm in the room was extremely dated.

The first time I walked to the end of the 2nd floor, the key didn't work; the second time I went back to the 2nd floor, the key didn't work. The 3rd time, the clerk went with me and she opened the door (maybe an inch) and walked away (leaving me in the hall to go ahead and enter the room) ...but when I opened up the door, a small child stood looking at me and I could hear the shower running. So I yelled down the hall to the clerk and told her it was occupied! The 4th room I went to (and stayed in all night) didn't have a working TV Remote (irritating), was a bit dirty but I was exhausted and needed to sleep. I almost left the hotel and went to find another one but there's not a lot to choose from nearby and it was very late... but suffice to say I won't be looking forward to another Super 8 stay. I will look for a different chain of hotels next time.

Not the best..not clean...walls are thin...dogs barking...

This hotel is dated at best some items work and some don’t the best was horrible location is inconvenient. Pretty sure we had a blood stain on our wall . Won’t make this mistake again!
