The property was economically priced and close to locations we wanted to visit; the desk staff were friendly. A sack breakfast was provided but, due to Covid, it was not much (bottled water, fruit cup, mini muffin and mini granola bar). The rooms were decorated OK but were a bit dark. The shower water flow was fine but the water unexpectedly changed temperatures on its own. The lighting by the back entrance could be improved (start by trimming the trees). The most annoying thing was that we were on the second floor and the floor in the room above us creaked every time someone took a step. The continuous squeaking was irritating; stopped for a few hours and began again at 6 a.m. the next day. Also, while getting ready on Sunday morning, the power in that side of town went out for about an hour. No one really knew why and I realize it was out of the hotels hands, but I didn't expect to walk around Sunday morning with wet hair and for my kids to take showers in the dark.

Overpriced! Room smelled bad. Bed was awful. Room wasn’t overly clean. Staff not overly helpful Or smart. Wouldn’t recommend.

The bathroom was always leaking water sit on the toilet and your pants would get wet. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk there bag breakfast consisted of a small bottle of water little package of chocolate donuts little single serve of manderin oranges and a fruit bar very disappointed

Friendly staff and comforrable beds. Close to shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. Always a great place to stay. Carpets are getting a little weathered but thats the only negarive i have

The room appeared to have a fresh update, The outside and hallway areas were pretty dated.

The hotel is in a great location. #1) Right under Sugar Loaf. #2) Shopping and restaurants all around. Great staff. Clean motel. Unfortunately, due to this Covid thing, there was no breakfast. Still had muffins and juice. Thanks for that. We always stay here at this hotel.(2-3 times a year)

We stayed on the first floor and the smell of must was very strong. We were tired from driving all day we just wanted to sleep. There is also no insulation or sound barrier between floors. We were kept awake all night by people above us. Sounded like a room full of kids pouncing and jumping.

Very clean room. Staff was very nice. Great pricing.
