They decided to serve no breakfast at all (typically have a breakfast buffet but with Covid that is not safe - understandabale, but all other hotels are providing a pre-packages breakfast to-go); our TV in the room did not work; no toiletries in our room; bed was old and very soft

We arrived late (midnight) so I know I woke the gentleman up. It was nice to have our room since I had gotten on-line and reserved it. With 5 adults, our room was short on towels, wash clothes so I waited until morning to bother him again.

Before you book this motel call them n make sure about their deals Expedia shows they give breakfast service but they didn’t gave us any saying we don’t give any breakfast

Property was great for our needs. Room was clean and while a bit dated, we were there to sleep and shower. Great location and walking distance to a few restaurants. Beds were comfy also.

No breakfast and rather rude service
This hotel was located in a convenient spot but the service was not very good when we checked in. The condition of the room was ok but lacked amenities such as plastic cups got drinking out of. One of the things we disliked the most was there was no breakfast although it had been listed on the website. We had stayed at 7 different hotels on our trip and all of them supplied a breakfast of some sort. When I asked about the breakfast I got a rather rude reply. I would recommend this hotel.

This was one of the worst experiences staying in a hotel that I have had. Our room was dirty even though we were advised it had been cleaned. We found former guest travel pamphlets in our room. Nicotine or dirt streaks down the walls. Stains on the comforter/top blanket. White powder in the carpet along the floors/boarders. Woke up with a spider in our bathroom on our last day. Advertising sign as you pulled in stated pillow top beds with 3 sheets. Our bed was hard as a rock. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Online said breakfast was included. We were advised since due to COVID there was no breakfast. We have stayed in other hotels during COVID and they at least provided pre-packaged options. Vending machine was broken so you couldn’t even get drinks there. Went to check out at 6 AM and no one was at the desk which was supposed to have 24/7 customer service. We rang the provided bell multiple times and after 15 mins of no one coming to assist we left.

Needs work
The night we stayed was uncomfortable. Bed felt good until we woke up with back pain. The pillows didn't have any form so there was alot of tossing and turning. Air conditioner was loud on the low seting and when put on fan, the room felt muggy. It was only for a night and for a small town with not much options i belive we got the better one. We didn't feel that instant discomfort when we walked in like many other places have.
