The hotel wasn’t clean the rooms are alright

If it wasnt for Reva at the front desk, i would be at the Best Western tonight. She went way above and beyond to fix an issue i was having with my payment. You have an exceptional employee with outstanding customer service..............as well as the "get it" factor.

Check in was so fast and friendly, room was super clean and newly renovated. I'd definitely stay here again. Only had two issues: the pillows are soooo firm and tall, I was really regretting forgetting mine at home; and the courtyard/walkway lights are super bright and shine into the room around the curtain edges. Small things that were easily overlooked with the pleasantness of the property and staff.

We booked this hotel while we were charging our car about half hour south of the location. We were tired and ready to call it a night. The room was comfortable, clean, and large. We were happy to find a refrigerator, but it was pretty old and we're not sure it actually worked. There was also a non-working small stove. The walls are fairly thin, so we could hear the cougher somewhere nearby. We were pleased to find the parking lot FULL of fire fighting trucks and hope that they receive either free or heavily discounted rates. While Willits is probably not a place we will ever visit again, if we found ourselves there in need of a place to stay, we would stay here.

Towels are dirty and old. You can tell they have been reused the same towel for ages. I can upload the pictures as evidence if I could. I was disgusted when the front desk even gave me a recycled/reused/crumble door key pocket upon check in. He erased the old room # and wrote my room # on it. I booked the room because its outside looks decent, but was amazed how poor their facilities are after checked in.

Nice hotel, close to shops, and restaurants. Clean and quiet.

Very clean, rooms were well cleaned with antimicrobials and then the doors left open to clear the air. Room just as advertised online, in good condition, beds comfortable. Very satisfied, would recommend!
