The hotel is in a convenient location, and our room was clean. The old town is walkable, and the surroundings are secure and peaceful. Checking in and out of the hotel was simple because the receptionists were kind and helpful. It's a good value for the money.

Would prefer a queen bed rather than two singles pushed together, beds would come apart if you got to close to the middle

Overall good place to stay. Room was really comfortable and large. We had lunch in the restuarant one day which was excellent. Location is reasonably good - it is around 8-10 min walk to the Plaza Mayor, and around 25 min walk to the main bus and train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Most didn't really speak much English but they tried hard to understand our very poor Spanish. Special thanks to Rosa in the restuarant who went through the lunch menu and tried to translate it all for us into English. Would recommend a stay here if you're heading to Zamora, which was also really nice.

Stylish and reliable hotel
Very interesting hotel in an old abbey and power station. Premium room with a terrace is worth it for the additional space and view of the church. Room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Great to have a smart TV and the WiFi was. Service at the front desk and breakfast was excellent, especially for what is still a relatively small town. Breakfast itself very tasty too and the power station end of the hotel is a sight worth stopping for in itself. Air con in our room wasn't very powerful - didn't bother me but my girlfriend said she got very hot despite having it turned up and would have struggled with a hotter night. Food and service in the restaurant in the evening was a bit below par. Would be nice to have a gym and/or pool of course.

The room was compact but sufficient and in excellent location. However parking was a big problem . Website says parking available at charge and I checked in advance it was covered parking and was told it was and no reservation required or taken . Turns out hotel parking spaces are very limited and when we arrived mid afternoon none were available . No apology , just indifference . Suspect this happens regularly. Street parking is almost impossible in the historic area . We needed secure parking in any event as the car was full of belongings and were eventually directed to public underground car park in middle of town which was more than a tad difficult to find even with sat nav and was a 10 minute drive . It ruined the start of our stay in Zamora . If the parking is limited please advise clients on website that it’s first come first served if that’s the case !

Nice hotel conveniently situated for city/river
This is a very nice hotel located not far from the city centre with easy parking. The hotel is also situated near the river that has a nice walkway. We ate at the hotel and the food was very nice and reasonably priced. It was raining during our stay so did not get much chance to explore but would definitely use the hotel again.

Pleasantly Zamora
Nice location as it is quiet and yet accessible to the center of town and the Rio Duero. Easily Walkable . Hotel wise- Furnishings are old and needs abut of uplift. Food selection for dinner - particularly the set menu is value for money.
