We had an exceptional stay at the Sedona Summit. The front desk went above and beyond to facilitate our stay and get everything we needed. Housekeeping actually helped us with a few things that we needed. Everyone was kind there and helpful when we walked the property! The condo was immaculate. The grounds were beautiful and the pool and Jacuzzi were absolutely amazing. We’re actually gonna stay again in a week and we can’t wait to see everybody and they remembered us by our first name. Thanks again Hilton for a wonderful stay!

The room (on first glance) seemed perfect but the screen door was off the track leaning against the sliding glass door. After a night of rain the floor leading to the patio was wet. I made staff aware upon check out as we had a jammed pack itinerary. The property was super nice with amazing amenities scattered throughout. No single pool or hot tub ever seemed overwhelmed with guests like at some resorts. We did reservations through hotel.com so they did attempt to sell us a vacation membership which I declined. Overall I would return again as it ws convenient to food, hiking, shopping, etc
