Me gusto todo. Las habitaciones impecables, excelente servicio al clientes, buenos restaurantes y las diversiones buenísimas
Half of the pool Cairo it’s we’re closed. Rooms are old and dirty.. over priced for what you get.
Got woken up by people outside talking till 2am right outside my room on street level room 605.. room was old ceiling tiles were rotten ... mold in bathroom. Room was just nasty ... life guards were very unprofessional they enforced the 48inch rule for kids when they wanted to .. my neice went down the slide 15-30 times before she was told she wasn’t tall enough .. they they let her go down the last 15 min..
The kids had fun as always. Great place to go to for a day or 2.
The only reason you stay here is the pool- the rooms are basic, motel 6 style lodge with honestly so much black mold in the bathrooms I didn’t even want to use them. It’s ridiculous they try to get $250+ for these rooms. We won’t be back.
Entire place seemed clean and our room smelled of cleaning supplies when we came in (not overwhelming, but it was a reassuring smell). Water park was not too crowded, perhaps because of the time of year, and had multiple lifeguards present to make me feel comfortable. Toddler area is perfect for little ones but small, so children much older than 4 would probably be bored of it rather quickly. We didn’t end up going to the wave pool and slides were shut down due to COVID. My toddler also loved the lazy river. We didn’t go to Hearth n Kettle as we have our usual spots for dining, but the coupon for $10 off was a nice treat. Enjoyed the decorations for Halloween and it definitely felt as though the staff have kept it updated and as comfortable as possible while adhering to COVID protocols.
The stay at the Codder was good. You could have a few more things for the under 4’ tall kids. And we’ve stayed a few other places that had sanitizing labels to ensure cleanliness for the remotes, phones, etc. I wiped them down myself because I wasn’t sure. John at the Hearth & Kettle was very friendly and accommodating.
There was uninvited guest inside pool area. Hallway smelled like smoke (weed) and mind u it’s suppose to family friendly. It was just very uncomfortable. People walking with no mask, it was just not ok.
Everything was perfect , cant complain about anything i would be coming back
