Very clean and comfortable

Very nice hotel and great staff.

Very nice, very clean. Despite covid and limited staff, very nice and friendly. Convenient right off highway, Applebee’s in same parking lot. One suggestion—if going to place people on the same floor, maybe space the rooms apart or across the hall?

First and foremost, staff showed no concern for the guest by NOT wearing masks (so was easy to see that they rarely smiled). Yes, there is a plexiglass but it wasn’t a continuous one so if they’re at an angle there’s no protection aside from the mask I was wearing. The room had a musky smell that we couldn’t rid. The sheets of one of the beds smelt like it was put on the bed while damp-smelly. Flooring appeared warped cuz the door was hard to open. Surprised to see that the complimentary breakfast was still self serve. Can’t find a good reason for our disappointments. But will probably not do any of this chained hotels again…

Property is unkept, parking lot is littered and we actually left but came back because the other area hotels were worse Room was smelly and carpet was dirty Bed was comfortable and sheets appear to be new

Rooms were nice-sized and clean. There were designed a little odd with how the bathroom door worked but still it was OK. Would stay there again.

There are not alot of choices in Ottawa but I was disappointed in this hotel. It was not clean and had a strange smell. We opted to leave a day early as we just could not get comfortable. Maybe we caught them on an off day but on my next visit I will most likely try someplace else.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very accomidating to our needs
