Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar

We love this place and may come back soon. The location is perfect with fantastic ocean view and beach. Interior design and other facilities including swimming pool are superb.

Beach House was wonderful. We arrived after midnight and they took great care of us. Property was clean. Bed was comfy and room was dark and quiet. The pool bar opened that week and they were very attentive. We had drinks delivered to the beach. The beach service was complimentary and great. We had a late afternoon flight and the front desk was able to let us keep our room a few extra hours. Everything was very well done especially in the time of COVID. We have been to St. Pete 5 or 6 times and we will definitely start staying here.

Not what I expected based on other reviews! Self parking, rooms cut up and small, 2 buildings separated by 1/2 mile... would not recommend

The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious, and a great view. Everyone was friendly, and we especially liked Fabian the attendant at the beach. Not much in physical distancing at the pool, therefore we spent more time on the beach.

Manager Aimee was very engaging & helpful. She did everything in her power to make our stay carefree.

The Resort fee is not worth the amount they charge. You are entitle to 3 chairs, old beach towels and an umbrella. The Condo was O,K it is an old building that has been refurbished. The unit had a lot of humidity and the floors were most of the time wet, I do not know if there was a pipe damage? Finally, at the check out time there was an unexpected added Parking fee (self park) plus Taxes a DAY So, instead of paying resort fee only (I new about it) I paid an extra MORE for the self-parking. All those extra charges are not worth. I know, they are a way for the Hotel to make more money. I do not recommend to use it, there are probably condos in better/newer buildings in the area WITH NO resort fee and Parking fee. St. Pete Beach is awesome.

Great accommodations! Staff was super! Enjoyed our stay!! Kitchen was stocked with basic needs. Can’t beat the view! Also King suite has 2nd bathroom that I didn’t realize in pictures! Came in handy with kids sleeping on pullout couch!

Maid service is once a week. You have to find the maids cart daily and basically find the suppies you need for your room. Mop your floors yourself . Sometimes there is a pool person working. Most of the pool umbrellas are broken. Never saw once a person a person disinfecting anything during the covid 19 outbreak. Car parking fee is 24 dollars a day beafore taxes. Was free a few years ago. Resort fee is 36 dollars a day beforetaxes for umbrella and 3 chairs on the beach. The location is good, the rooms are nice and updated. They have a new manager at the beach house suites that seams to be on the ball. Hopefully he can right the ship.

This place has always been one of our favorites on St Pete Beach. We were excited to see all of the new things that have been added to the property but a bit disappointed in the housekeeping / upkeep of the actual suite itself. Not as crisp and clean as we remembered and the carpeted area was in great need of shampooing. Furnace filter extremely dirty which probably contributed to the unpleasant smell of the suite. With Covid we did our own cleaning when we got there anyway so not a huge issue for us.

Amazing spacious room with huge balcony. Everything you could want for an extended stay including a washer/dryer!! Very clean. Very cute resort!!! Manager was so nice and accomodating!!!
