Club St. Croix Beach & Tennis Resort by Antilles Resorts

Had issues to start but resort staff got me moved to a different condo that resolved issues.

Nice resort feel on the beach, great view only issue I experience was AC in the room was on and off but I believed that is from balcony slide doors not closing right.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The facility is really beautiful & we had a great view of the ocean!! I would highly recommend staying here. We would like to single out three staff members. Ms. Cuffy, the Manager, who was kind, considerate & lovely & understanding. Also, Caroline & Ernestina from housekeeping took really great care of us & our room and always with a smile. Just great ladies! These three were just terrific. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. Croix! And you should too!

The location and view. Their is access to the beach, restaurant, and shopping within walking distance,

well the room wasn't clean went I got to it people left stuff behind and the management told me I could clean it up .They gave us the wrong room when we got there and it was clean but the one they moved us to was not cleaned as it should have been

Unit was run down. While it appeared to have be generally cleaned, it was dingy with paint falling off the walls and sweltering hot upon arrival. I turned the AC on, which then ran non-stop all night. The AC was so loud, I could not here the TV even with the volume turned up all the way. My "ocean view" was blocked by heavy construction equipment. The fact that the complex is under construction/renovation was not advertised by the Club St. Croix or Hotels.com during the booking process. I was there for work. All I wanted was a clean, comfortable place to come back to, take a shower, relax and get some rest. After the first sleepless night, I checked out early to sleep on a sofa in an associate's hotel room elsewhere. I will not return to Club St. Croix.

Good value. Rooms are dated but location and view are great

Spoke to manager Attalene (spelling?) about maybe getting a free meal or something for our not having a/c, etc and she said she would see what she could do. Needless to say, never saw or heard from her again.

We booked a one bedroom junior Suite and were given a studio that should be considered below minimum standard by the mgmt company. I paid extra to have a junior suite, but was told the property was full and there was no other option. Friends of ours had a suite and by comparison, we were staying in a dump. The drywall/paint was peeling off the wall; outlets were questionable.

Such excellent service!! House keepers were so kind and made sure the room was spotless. Great food and beach access! We will be back
