Our day started off wonderful with Jeffrey welcoming us as valet and Willow as checking us in. We went to the pool and the service was horrible that took forever to get anything to eat or drink. Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work and it took them over an hour to move us. Beautiful hotel needs help and service.

With travel delays and last minute biking in a city we only planned to be laid over in for a few hours, Ballantyne was such a pleasant luxurious surprise. Just what we needed in a stressful situation. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Hot tub did not work. Not enough staff in all areas. Front desk, coffee area. Staff was very nice just not enough. They were working hard but very crowded hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway and we loved it! It’s a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable, which is important to us and the outdoor pool was amazing, which is important to me :) We would definitely return, probably when they are done building the surrounding area.

Could be better!
I ordered 2 rooms. Called days in advance and asked if they would make a note. To request adjoining rooms If they had availability. They said. “NO we won’t make a note. We can’t change your reservation” I completely understand if you don’t have availability. But just pretend to be accommodating and at the very least make a NOTE! Especially since most people who book a hotel room see adjoining rooms as a negative.
