Best Western Ft. Walton Beachfront

El servicio de recepción mal, la chica que nos recibió de mal humor, el personal de limpieza mal, no se hizo la limpieza en la habitación nunca, yo tuve que pedir un par de toallas limpias a una de las chicas que pasaba por la habitación, el servicio en la playa, pésimo, antes de las 5 de la tarde y estando nosotros bajo una de las sombrillas del hotel la persona encargada nos la quitó sin previo aviso, me picó un animal en la habitación y me salió una roncha horrible en el brazo, pésimo, pésimo servicio. Qué triste que al estar en ese lugar tan bello no se pueda disfrutar por culpa de éstas personas, nos ofrecen una estancia increíble y es todo lo contrario, pésimo servicio.

Good Hotel located at the beach! It was a good experience under the circumstances and the personnel at the front desk was friendly...the only issue was that we had some unexpected insects in the room.

Phenomenal value for the price especially since it was an ocean balcony view. Liked that the hotel had an employee serve real food for breakfast: eggs, sausage, oatmeal etc versus other hotels that are giving out much more limited choices.

I spent 2 nights in the hotel. No complaints.

I’ve stayed here several times when it’s just me or me and a friend. This place has always been clean and comfortable. I love the amenities and the free breakfast. I will have to say during Covid we were here in September and I was not fond of the way did breakfast but this stay it was much better. I think they have got it together.

Beautiful beach view. We loved it so much, we returned and stayed again on the way back from our longer trip in Orlando.

Everything was great except for the beds, they need to update their mattresses

From the moment we arrived we were disappointed. We had booked a beachfront room and were given a view of the parking lot. We were told all beachfront rooms were unavailable. When we went to our assigned room it smelled of must and mildew. There was mold in the bathroom, chewed and dried up gum on the carpet as well as dirty duvet covers. When we requested a cancellation the “manager” Yvonne told us the room only smelled of the ocean and was cleaned to their standards and would not allow a cancellation. I will say the front desk trainee was very kind as was the gentleman at the front desk in the morning.
