A neighborhood hotel in the old town
We had a front room in the hotel so you had bar noise into the night. It's a neighborhood hotel in the old town so there are some fun things outside the door.The bathroom was wanting but it has the Italian charm.

Greedy people, poor customer service.
Booked for few nights with the refundable booking for a business stay. Every thing looks ok, sadly missed the connecting flight, hence had to change travel plan. Contacted the hotel, as soon as missed the flight to cancel the booking, Hotel refused to do that. Asked hotel, if they can take first two days money and refund the remaining. In reply- they just rudely refused.

Great location, convenient to everything in Prato. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls were VERY thin, so I could hear my neighbours showering, talking, moving around, etc. It sounded as if they were inside my wardrobe!

Well priced hotel in historical center
Hotel right in center of tourist area. Free parking in small street right in front of hotel. Bathroom very up to date. Sleeping room comfortable. Safe with key in room. Good breakfast choices but certainly not gourmet. Very price worthy.

The hotel is definitely older but it was comfortable. The rooms were quite big compared to other places we have stayed in Italy. We drove in and the hotel is hard to find. However, the reception area staff was very helpful in parking our car. We were able to park on the street in front of the hotel. The next day we checked out and took the train to Florence. The hotel watched over our car while we were gone and let us keep it there. Also, this is a nice town yo stay in and visit Florence. The train was 2.60 euro one way and was about a 25 minute ride.
