La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

Meh.. it was okay

I was giving a room, when i got there it wasn’t cleaned from the last costumer. I was giving a new room. The lobby had dried dirt tracking all the way into the elevator. The room I stayed in the floor wasn’t vacuumed I had to wear socks due to sand and small gravel. I don’t think they even changed the sheets and blankets. I had to lay towels on the bed and pillow and use a towel as my blanket. Since the room was dirty I didn’t put my bag on the ground or the sofa, the sofa look like someone sat on there for years and left ass juice on it. The front desk lady was on the phone and never at the front desk. The bathroom had stains on the wall and the pipes were making noise. I wish i would had taken pictures. Biggest regret staying here and not taking pictures. I wouldn't give this place a one star.

First impression is the very unkept parking lot. Garbage everywhere. Inside not much better. Very dirty carpet, almost no snacks or drinks to purchase. Very loud road noise. Coffee pot in room didnt even work. Weird stains on the bed spread, garbage between beds and worst of all a plastic bag covering the smoke detector? Will definitely google location before making my next resevation.

The room was one of the worst cleaned rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel receptionist also wasn’t even wearing a mask.

Easy simple to check in and out. Was only for one night but clean and comfortable. Well worth it.

Love the location and modern look. Seemed understaffed as the front desk lady complained about not having a break. Walking up the stairs, you could tell haven't been vacuumed recently. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Very dirty hotel & reeks of smoke. The rooms were dusty/dirty, bedding stained and towels were so stained, old and stringy looking. Would not recommend staying here.

We rented this room for a special evening with my boyfrien for our anniversary. Got to the hotel and was told local people have to pay $200 CASH deposit a night???? That is ridiculous!!! Did not stay!! Will not stay there again. This should be noted on your website if there are going to be such outrageous additional fees.

I was disappointed cuz you guys had your swimming pool and hot pool shut down

Front desk clerk was very brief & was sitting in an office away from the desk to begin with. The woman who checked us out was very nice & friendly.
