Upon arrival i was told the room i had booked wasn't available because the ac wasn't working. They couldn't just give me a different room bc i had 5 people (2 adults 3 kids) on my reservation and the rooms they had only allowed to be booked for 4 people. So they said they were going to cancel my reservation and that i would be refunded throughout Hotels.com then asked me to rebook and pay again. Its been a few day and no refund. Just one big mess. Besides that..room was good, elevator stopped working and pool was opened until midnight so my kids were happy about that.

NEVER AGAIN
The room didn't look like the pictures, the elevator was out the first day here and we had to go up 4 flights of stairs. The room had an odor and the floor in the bathroom was sinking in about to fall through and the water in the bath tub was backing up every time we showered. The last day there, they were out of towels. For breakfast Sunday morning there was a dead roach in the corner. I will never come back nor will I recommend it to anyone.

My stay here was acceptable. The staff was nice my room was clean. I didn't like the fact that the ceiling in my room had stains on it. Overall everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Great Stay
The staff were friendly,. The breakfast had a variety to choose from including eggs, sausage and Belgian waffles, plus it's open 3.5 hours. Fridge, microwave in room, W/D avail. Flight attendants stayed there. Wonderful experience.

Comfortable room, shame about the service.
There’s an airport shuttle. No instructions on how to use it. Called the hotel 4 times. Was advised it would be 15-20 mins. It hadn’t arrived after 30mins. Originally told we don’t pick up. I believe they thought I was Dallas Love Field Instead. I was DFW. Upon arrival, it wasn’t warm and welcoming . He was actually quite short. Didn’t recognise Radisson status. No benefits. Hardly spoke. Didn’t explain any of the facilities. Checked out earlier. Breakfast not until 6am.

Okay for a night
The hotel definitely could use some updating, but it was okay. There's a strong smell when you walk into the lobby that i think is the chlorine from the indoor pool. The room also had a little bit of a musty smell. The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable.
