We had booked before but the room offered was not at all to our liking and they had no alternatives. However they were so nice about it that they arranged us to go to another hotel and gave us a light lunch on their delightful roof terrace whilst the transfer was arranged. So we thought we owed them another try. It was a wonderful experience as the staff could not do enough to ensure we had a comfortable time and the breakfast was amazing with the chef cooking anything you fancied to order in a truly bizarre yellow kitchen! Unfortunately the spa was closed as they had recently had a fire in the basement which was not advised to us by Hotels.com at the time of booking and should have been. If you want a special antique boutique hotel ideally placed in Palma then this is it!

This property has everything to offer, starting with Location, Location, Location only one block away from the Cathedral in Palma. Restaurants and shopping districts. The service is impeccable and the staff always ready to help and serve. I have already reserved my room for the following year 2020, don’t miss a opportunity of a lifetime.

Amazing hotel. Really helpful concierge. Recommended restaurants and bars which were some of the best I've been to In Palma and Majorca. Great position very close to everything aswell. Flexible with parking (very useful for an area with little parking) and check out. The room was clean and the facilities are brilliant. Great views over the city. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Palma. Couldnt reccomend it enough..

The Palacio Ca Sa Galesa is a small hotel distinguished by the outstanding individual service it provides to the small number of guests it accommodates in its unique bedrooms and suites. Guests are encouraged to treat the hotel as a home away from home, with a kitchen to hang out in for breakfast and afternoon snacks, a sitting-room-cum-library, as well as a formal dining and reception rooms, should the occasion demand. The rooftop terrace offers a relaxing space to enjoy a drink or meal, or take the sun in a lounge chair. We really enjoyed our stay and shall return.

Beautiful and elegant old palace turned into hotel only recently. Big rooms, amazing and helpful service. Roof top deck is great place to have a drink and just hang out in the lounges. Staff encourages you to use the kitchen, dining rooms, etc. Make it like your own.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Service was above expectations, lovely staff who were so helpful. Beautiful having breakfast on the terrace with amazing views. Only problems we had were that parking in the hotel difficult - access is from a very narrow lane and through a narrow gateway. Trying to get out we got a huge scratch on our hire car! This was our fault though as the lady on reception did offer to drive the car out for us.

It was very different and had lovely bathroom and very grand styling. It was discreet and not in your face. Public areas such as dining room and grand hall were very grand and tasteful. It felt more like a stately home than a hotel. Little things like the door of room did not stay shut unless locked so we both had to be in room was bit irritating. Reception was very small and staff did not have a very good understanding of English sometimes.
