Quality Inn & Suites Montgomery East Carmichael Rd

Was ok for one night. That's it, the room smell like humidity 😒 I have to open the window to release de smelling.

Very clean and spacious room. Just wish the pool was open!!!

Not so good the room smell like cigarette smoke in the rooms were not clean

Although the lobby has been renovated, our room was less than new. Suspicious stains on the curtains and switchplates. We were in a dog-friendly room by request but our dog kept finding crunchy (hopefully safe food crumbs) on the floor and corners.

Door in bathroom is not closing, Faust is licking, refrigerator temperature control is broken, couch sit was wet, cacoroches are in the room

Room carpets and drapes were stained. There were a few pieces of trash on the floo and it looked like someone wiped boogers on the wall in the bathroom The breakfast coffee was terrible and the biscuits were rock hard

Hotel is older but has been nicely updated. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Sheets and towels were good quality. Breakfast bar was excellent. Exactly what we expected. Was very easy to book at hotels.com. T easy to reach food places near this hotel. It was easy to access from the interstate I-85 too.

At check in they wanted to charge my credit card again for “Incidentals”. I haven’t even been to the room yet.

Everything was great except the toilet moved when you sat on it Needs a new one

They put me in a room that was occupied with a couple having sex. The next room they put me in was dirty, smoke detector had been taken off the wall, the curtains were saturated with some godly stain. Me and my husband were just wore out for that , so we went to another hotel.
